Roger manages the Bouma team and remains personally involved with all buyers and sellers. Roger’s specialty is assisting sellers in determining the highest possible market value for their home, developing and implementing a market strategy that will affect its sale, negotiating the best offer possible and maintaining contact with the client until the successful completion of the sale.

Mike Bouma is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has worked part time on the administrative side of the business since the age of 15. In 2003 Mike completed the Ontario Real Estate Association licensing program and joined the Bouma Team as a buyer specialist. His responsibilities as part of the team include ensuring that buyers are constantly up to date on the most current listings, and accompanying buyers on viewings.

Shannon is an integral part of the team and is often the first voice you will hear when you call Roger's office. Shannon has been active on the administrative side of real estate for a number of years. In her role as administrative assistant Shannon manages Roger's office, prepares and processes offers and listings, and maintains contact with clients and their lawyers from acceptance of the offer to the day of closing.
