This is just more evidence that first time buyers can not resist the large selection and great value available in today’s market. This is especially true in the Oshawa, Whitby and Clarington markets. I predict that we will watch this activity move into the higher price ranges over the next few weeks.

With a 5% downpayment this home will cost you less than $1,040 per month including your mortgage payment and property taxes. How much are you paying for rent?
